Shipment Processing Time

Orders will be processed and shipped within 5 business days.

***Please allow for 5 weeks maximum, unless notified if it will take longer, to make and ship Pre-Order and Custom pieces as they are made to order by Jacob.***

Domestic Shipping

All US orders will be shipped with UPS. Shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of each order.

Canadian Shipping

All Canada orders will be shipped with UPS or USPS based on customer preference. Shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of each order.

International Shipping (Excluding Canada)

All NON-US and NON-Canada orders will be shipped with DHL Express. Shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of each order.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Ray Home Goods is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
